If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its unused condition within 10 business days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
In case of a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling costs.
We cannot refund or exchange any merchandise that has been used or has been damaged by your doggie.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please use delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Delivery Time: Takes up to 2 weeks. We do carry everything instock and will notify you immediately by email if something suddenly becomes out of stock. ALL items are shipped within 24-48 hours.
